Welcome to the El Terreno "Bellver" Neighbourhood Association's website in Palma, Mallorca.
This website sets out to be the link that masses together the many pulses of our community, an extra special area with a determined character, historically rich but with a present-day in need of the impetus of those who live in and love the area, in order to overcome the result of years of lack of town planning which is the natural evolution of any urban area.
The putting into effect of this web page is the outcome of the total collaboration of the residents in our area.
